FAQ's

I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?

Of course! Like it or not, online retail has far surpassed physical retail stores. We use Paypal for all our online transactions, the most safest payment facility on the planet. PayPal delivers one of the most powerful online risk management systems in the world. It's a leader in privacy and identity protection. Rest assured your money is safe using the Paypal system.

How long until my gear arrives?

It's on it's way! Hold your horses... Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during office hours. Bundarra is shut during public holidays. We aim to send out your order as fast as possible, although occasionally there are slight delays when we have released new collections. We do appreciate your patience!

Australia:
We use Australia Post standard satchels to deliver within Australia.  For country and remote areas please allow up to 5 business days.

International:
We use Australia Post International satchels to deliver outside of Australia.  International order inquiries are quoted and processed manually, with shipping duration dependent on destination.

Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email. Make sure you check your spam filters and junk mail if you can't locate it. If you still have trouble, please contact us on orders@bundarra.org

What does Pre-Order mean?

A Pre-Order is added for a limited time. Once it goes offline, we compile the orders and manufacture exactly what is needed. They are then shipped out by the announced date.

What is your return policy?

Two things you need to know: you must return your garments within 30 days of receiving your gear. It needs to be unwashed and unworn (You can of course try it on). Sorry, but if the garments show signs of being worn we can't accept them.

What return options can I choose from?

You may select a refund or a 110% store credit.

Why is 110% store credit?

If you choose a store credit we will throw in a 10% bonus for you. Just because..

What if I received a faulty item?

We apologise if you have. We are quality freaks at Bundarra but these things happen. If you have received a faulty item, please email returns@bundarra.org and we will do our best to replace them for you.

Do you have a physical Bundarra shop?

We do! We have a Factory Outlet located at 1/338 Lytton Rd, Morningside 4170.  Opening hours are between 9am-4pm weekdays.

Where is Bundarra Clothing made?

All our clothing is designed in Australia by our designers in conjunction with our authentic Indigenous artists. Manufacturing is split between our Brisbane factory and our offshore factories.

Sold Out?

Sorry this is unavoidable. Sold out means there are none in existence. We are most likely making more so stay tuned to our Facebook or Newsletter and we will announce when stock arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order but you only have up to 2 hours. Chances are they have been shipped after that.

I have placed an order..but I forgot something- can I add to it?

Sorry the only way is to place another order.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes we do, check out the products section of the shop, they're on there somewhere!
